Clarification on adding 1099 k for lyft and uber

A 1099-K received for ride sharing income from Uber/Lyft is not directly entered into TurboTax or your tax return. Instead, it is treated as business income and recorded on a Schedule C for your business. You will be able to deduct expenses that you incurred in the schedule C as well. 

See below for helpful information for your ride sharing business. Type 'schedule c' in the search box, then select the 'jump to' link to get started.
