I’m 27 and in college. My grandmother has been claiming me as a dependent on advice from her tax guy. I’ve worked for a boss and received a W-2 form and I’m self-employed for wag. When I file my taxes do I file just my 1099-MISC or also my W-2 form?

You have to report all your income. If your income is more than 4,200 she can not claim you anymore. You better check with her tax person and let them know you are over 23 and made too much. I am assuming you made more than the $4,200.
If she claimed you then you will have to mail your return to claim yourself and she needs to amend her return to take you off.
I did make over that, I call him tomorrow to find out. Thank you. I know that his response when she did it a few years ago was that since I was in college she could claim me.
That was when you were under 24. Over 23 being a student doesn't matter.
Here are the rules for claiming a dependent.
