Claim Square Up fees as a business tax deduction

From 2017 to present, I never claimed Square Up fees as a business tax deduction. How far back can I amend my returns; how is that done? I'm in MA, USA.

You have three years from the date you filed your return or two years after you paid the tax due (whichever is later) to file an amendment.  For more information, see the following TurboTax Help Article:  How do I amend my federal tax return for a prior year?
