I'm single, living with my girlfriend at my MIL's home, and we have a 10-month old daughter. I work, girlfriend doesn't, we live with my MIL. TT asks if I've had a baby or changes to the family within the last year. Do I add my daughter to my taxes? My MIL will claim my daughter, but do I still let TT know that I had a baby within the past year?

You have asked this question (or a variation of it) 4 times. See this:
No. If you have decided that the child's grandmother will claim the child as a dependent, then don't even list the child on your return. That can sometimes lead to confusion and tax problems.
By the way, if you, the child's mother, the child, and the grandmother all live in the same home, the grandmother can only claim the child as a dependent if both parents agree AND the grandmother's taxable income is higher than either parent's taxable income. If the grandmother's taxable income is low (social security is often not taxable) then she may not be allowed to claim the child.
