Claim GF and Daughter?

I'm wondering if because in November of 2016 My girlfriend and her Daughter move into my home.  Girlfriend does not have a job.  No income from any other source either, including unemployment.  I for the most part fund the year of 2017 for both of them.  They were both by definition dependents in the true sense of the definition.  Can I claim them on my taxes by adding them to my total dependents?

Yes, from the information above, they are "Qualifying Relatives".
