I am ready to file and am checking for errors Turbo tax wants me to enter a payer's address and zip on a blank form How do I delete that form there is no amount on it just my husband's name and ss#

What is the form for? Please specify the income source and we can give you more details on how to remove the blank form.

Most times, there is a place to delete the input on a given section. It may say delete or may have a picture of a small trash can.
