New baby child showing as "nondependent" even though we marked lived with us all year, said she DIDN'T pay half, and entered her SSN. Is this a bug?

We had newborn in January 2018, marked did NOT pay half, and lived with us all year, and entered a valid SSN.  Turbotax says "congrats! She qualifies as tax break", but then "nondependent" on next page. She's also not a dropdown option for "Whose care did you pay for". It appears she's not giving us a tax break, what's going on?

Note: we also tried deleting her and adding her back, but no change :(

That was it!! I had accidentally marked my wife as being a dependent. Thanks!

Check to be sure that in your own personal information you did not check that you could be claimed as a dependent.
