I am seeing the "Check This Entry" endless loop issue with Schedule CA regarding mortgage intrrest adjustment.

 

I already tried updating Turbo Tax as well as deleting the form.

 

Potential defect?

    It's possible the form is not available yet. Please see this Turbo Tax FAQ on State forms availability for personal use.

      Thank you for your response.

       

      The issue resides on the Schedule CA - California Adjustments - Residents CA (540) Individual Form.

       

      The form should be available according to the availability table:

      Schedule CA (540), California Adjustments - Residents                   available              available
       
      I still receive the following "Check This Entry" loop:
      Schedule CA:_ your return has a mortgage interest adjustment which will require an update in order to ensure that the calculations are correct. To receive an update, select Check for Updates from the Online menu to connect to our website.
       
      Restarting Turbo Tax, initiating an update, etc does not resolve the issue. This is for Turbo Tax Premier.
