Got up at 4 AM EST and import worked perfectly first try...seems the Schwab servers were overloaded...now its time to pay Uncle Sam!

Do you get a resolution to the blank "Bank login" screen for Charles Schwab 1099 download?

I just tried and im still getting the error message.......i went thru Google Chrome.....any suggestions?

Tech support had me try running the TurboTax application as an administrator and also changing my screen resolution to 800 x 600. Still a blank "bank screen". They want me to go to TurboTax on-line and re-enter everything.

cannot import into turbo from Schwab. tried multiple times.

my settings in schwab are ok'd for third party access.

other big firms import worked 

either Schwab is over loaded (I'll try later at midnight)

or turbotax is not setting up the new window to log in to Schwab

I tried changing the screen resolution. The bank login screen looks like it should but doesn't allow me to enter information.  I guess my next try will be late tonight.

If you are unable to import the 1099, you can follow the instructions here. 

If you are still unable to import, you can follow the instructions here to manually enter a large number of stock transactions.

I am also having this issue. The TurboTax "fix" does not work and continuing to post it raises my blood pressure. This is very frustrating. Schwab tells me its a known issue and they have been trying to get Turbotax to acknowledge and resolve with no response

I have tried everyone's suggestions for importing 1099 info from Schwab with no success. I just talked with a Schwab tech rep who told me Schwab is aware of the problem and they are working on it. No date for a resolution, unfortunately.

I have same problem. And when I ask it to download 3 documents it downloads only one or not at all

Yes, I had problems too.  I kept trying and it finally went through and asked me for my phone code.
