I was charged for a self employed tax return. I didn't need it and I don't want it. How do I get it corrected?

I'd like to know why with an easy return why I was charged for federal and then again for state ??? It cost me over 140$ for an easy form tax return when turbo tax says how it's free all the time but when it comes down to it your paying more than most places .very unhappy and this is my 3rs yr with turbo tax and the first yr I ever had to pay when all my tax returns have always been the same
