I never knowingly ordered the Advantage plan and received no emails in October or November regarding the plan. Looking at my records I noticed I was charged $120 the previous year for the same thing. You owe me $240 for illegitimate charges, so either credit my credit card or apply it to future transactions. Otherwise I will cancel my account.

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue. If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help. Do not use the word “refund.”

I have been billed for the Advantage program which I never knew about or agreed to both this year and last. Please terminate my involvement in this program and return the $240 you billed me for last year and this.
Cancel my membership in the Advantage program and give me back the $240 you charged me for last year and this year. I never wanted to be involved with this program and was never given an option not to be involved. My money has been stolen as far as I'm concerned.
