Charged for e-filing state return. Not mentioned when I purchased federal and state prep online access.?Misleading and overpriced!

There is no additional charge in TurboTax Online to e-file either a federal or state return. Any charges you see are likely for the federal and state tax preparation programs, which apply whether a return is e-filed or mailed.

Answer is correct, no charge for e-filing. But, I was charged a second time for state package. Customer service was able to quickly refund error.
