Charged for E-File but didn't need to

I was charged for an E-File while submitting a RDP return then after I was charged when I tried to transmit the return, I got an error msg that said an RDP return cannot be E-Flied. Now I need you to remove that charge..

If you have to file a state return there is a fee. Please see the FAQ below for more information on the RDP.
