Charge on my credit card is not correct

I was charged $74.20 on 11/2/2023 - I dispute this charge - I do not wish to purchase TurboTax products. I need your help to reverse the charge.

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue.  If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help.  Do not use the word “refund.”

Sounds like you are signed up for the Advantage auto renew plan.  You need to cancel it so you don't get charged again next November.

How to cancel Turbo Tax Advantage

If you missed the cancelation deadline for this year's TurboTax product, simply wait until you receive your CD or download, then submit an online refund request within 60 days of receiving your product.

And make sure you don't have another account.  First LOG OUT of whatever TurboTax account you're logged into right now. Then use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of user ID's for an email address.  Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery
