Change Product at Checkout

I'm amending a return and chose Premium when I started. Now I'm at checkout and I want to see how much less Deluxe would cost, and possible switch. I don't see an option to change products at this point. Can I?

I canceled the Amended Return and it was removed. I went through the process again and chose a different product, free. Then I got to the end, and at checkout it still had Premium and I can't get rid of it. There's no delete button.
