Change Married Filing Jointly to Married Filing Separately

I filed my 2018 Taxes as Married Filing Jointly (MFJ) and would like to amend that to Married Filing Separately (MFS).

How do I do that?

Thank you. And once it's ready, I'll amend mine to MFS with a 1040X, and then file a new 1040 MFS for my wife?
