We're not sure what "computer will not do it" means.  If you explain that more, you might get help in this forum. If you're having a technical issue updating it, then try using a different browser.

Otherwise, here's how to phone Customer Support.  Hours 5AM-5PM Pacific (8AM-8PM Eastern), Mon-Fri.  Closed this Thursday and Friday for Thanksgiving holiday.
