CF_1040 MIchigan

System will not accept what is being written in as explanation on line 3 of the form. No matter what I put as explanation the form still has it as an error. Is keeping from filing federal or any state taxes. Any help would be appreciated

Are you filing a city tax return on your CF 1040?  On Line 3 of my test return, I can zoom to a statement for excluded dividends, but don't have to type in a description. 

If you could share the error message and more details, we'll try to help.
