aloha! im reaching out to see if someone could answer my questions
ive currently been working independently doing odd jobs since may 2025 and i want to ensure that im in the legal standards. Ive been doing after construction clean ups for a couple of companies , i have no employees. do i need to get a LLC or file registration for a business license , or am i able to track all my payments received through the year and when end of the year comes show that to my tax worker? am i suppose to file quarterly or semi quarterly like a registered business? im basically looking for help or a step-by-step guideline of how to legally work independently. i live in honolulu, hawaii. please help !! mahalo
