Capital Loss Carryover Worksheet Line A?

In Smart Check (check this entry)  says: Capital Loss Carryover Worksheet Line A- Regular Tax should be entered. Enter zero if none.  Problem is, I can't find a Line A anywhere on that worksheet.  Help, please!!

Having same issue for amended tax return. Line A - regular tax is no where to be found on the worksheets. Anyone know what to put in this?
