Cannot remove Turbotax live premium service

I was opted into this Turbotax live premium and was not able to remove it but it is April 15 now so there is no time for me to start over. Please refund me the premium service amount as the live function was added to me mandatory in the beginning and indicated that I can. remove it later if the live function is not used.
