Cannot launch TurboTax 2024

I get the error message:

The file "C:\Program Files\TurboTax\Individual\2024\64bit\Url.Config" has an invalid signature. Please reinstall this application.
What I have tried:
Uninstalling, rebooting and the reinstalling

Uninstalling - deleting all TurboTax folders and reinstalling

Changing Temp folder to c:\Temp

Any other suggestions please?

I have no problems installing Turbo Tax is just trying to run it. Fortunatly I have another computer that it runs on. They both use the same antivirus software, both windows 11, both microsoft computers.
