Question

Cannot import from Fidelity

I can import from various financial institutions but not from Fidelity Investments. When I click to import, an Intuit Sign in screen comes up for added security. I sign into Intuit correctly, it spins, but nothing imports from Fidelity and there is no error message either, just the try again button or skip import. Why is this Intuit Safe sign in popping up or necessary? It does not popup for my other financial imports.. Note, Fidelity was working last week, although forms weren't ready. Today there was a TurboTax update and now this Intuit popup sign in for Fidelity? How can this be bypassed or turned off? What is the problem? Thank you for any help....

Thank you. I can import from other banks however when I try to import from Fidelity, a popup Intuit Safe Sign In pops up that I have to sign into Intuit first.  But not able to import from Fidelity.  It looks like that Intuit Sign in should not be there.... I never saw it before, and only when I go to Fidelity.  It was there last week either.

You may need to check your brokerage to see if they are allowing third-party access. Although the following Help Article is for Schwab, it is possible that your brokerage has restricted TurboTax's access to your statements unless you grant consent, and you might need to do something similar to what is described below:
