Cannot get to previous year's data in Turbotax

When I logon to Turbotax I get the welcome page and the next page displays my name and previous year's data. The "Continue" button is not interactive nor are any of the other links on this page and I can only exit Tubotax.

I suggest you clear the cache and cookies on your computer, then reboot it and try again. Hear is a link to clear cache and cookies on your computer.

TurboTax Home and Business does not allow input for 1099-R. It says coming soon. This is February already. Can you fix that please?
