Cannot find where to input the school readiness tax credit for staff on my 2016 la. taxes, does not give me the option to enter anything.

School Readiness Child Care Directors and Staff (credit code 66F): Directors and staff who attain certain qualifications.
In TurboTax, please do the following:

• State Taxes
• Look for Louisiana Refundable Priority 2 Credits page (please see screen shot)
• Please select School Readiness Child Care Directors and Staff
