Cannot Find Where to Do Annulized Income in 2024 California Tax (TurboTax)

I don't have federal underpayment penalty in 2024 tax, but have huge underpayment penalty in California tax. After going through "Underpayment Penalty" interview questions in "Federal", I cannot access annualized income. I cannot find where to do annualized income in California Tax. Can you show me where to find annualized income in 2024 tax?
