Cannot enter license number

Cannot find the right forum to ask this, but need help. When the box appears for me to enter the license code, it will not accept any characters typed in. I have followed all of the suggestions such as change resolution  etc. Nothing works. Deleted and reinstalled, tried setting to use as administrator. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am using TurboTax Business. Never had this problem in the past with Deluxe version.

Finally worked. Just kept reinstalling. Did nothing different, Then suddenly it worked. Frustrating.

Was able to install and activate on. Windows 11 laptop. Still cannot on my Windows 10 laptop, where I actually wanted to run it. I guess I should be happy I at least can use it somewhere. Would still like to find how I can correct the issue on my 10. If I didn’t have the other I would be stuck.
