TurboTax auto-linked 1099-DIV from my Chase bank. The Pdf uploaded for 1099-DIV was missing address information. So, the program prompted me to type those. I made a typo in the state. But, the TurboTax program thinks the zip is wrong and forces me to edit it. There is no option of editing the state!

Sorry, but typing "1099-DIV" does not give a "Jump to 1099-DIV" option. The screenshot is attached below. Also, I want to emphasize that this is a "linked" PDF in that I did not manually upload this file.
The issue is in the following form I attached, again for which there is no edit option. This does not let me return the file nor edit the "state".

I am sorry but I really do not think you understand the problem. This has nothing to do with browser cache. Your program has a bug. Turbotax representatives promised to come up with a solution and they promised me to call me yesterday, yet they did not. The way you are handling this issue is extremely frustrating!
