For 3 years ( 2022 , 2023, & 2024) after paying $39 , I was asked to print and mail return to As I I am a retiree in India I cannot email as there is no email for customer support. And from India calling TurboTax 5 am to 5 pm Pacific time which 6:30 pm to 6:30 am Mumbai time.

Those hours you mentioned are not the current support hours. This time of year Customer Support is open 5AM-9PM Pacific daily, so that would give you a little longer window. I'm not sure if they are open Monday or not, since that is a Federal holiday here.
Or you can reach a TurboTax agent with messaging at Twitter (X) or Facebook as @xmasbaby0 mentioned above.
Why are you mentioning 3 tax years? Online TurboTax is currently only for 2024 returns.
Why did you mention 2022 and 2023? Are you only now trying to file tax years 2022 and 2023? If so, those prior years cannot be prepared in Online TurboTax at this point in time. They would have to be prepared in desktop software for each relevant year. And neither of those years can be efiled with TurboTax at this point in time..
What happens when you try to efile your 2024 return? What is the exact error message it is giving you? Are you by any chance trying to efile a zero-income return? If so, we may be able to tell you a workaround so you can efile.
Also, it it ultimately turns out that you can't efile and TurboTax asks you to print and mail the return to the IRS, that means by using postal mail--not email.
