Cannot download OH program Mac desktop

Upon starting turbo tax for Mac the program indicated that my return needed for me to download the Ohio program.   I clicked to download the state, it took me to a pop up, asking me to sign in to my Intuit account.    When I clicked on the Sign in Button, program froze.   I tried this numerous time, same result.   I cannot get to the main turbo tax screen to try another way to download Ohio, program always starts with message that I need to download Ohio.    Interestingly, I also use TT for Windows, Ohio downloaded without asking me to sign in and downloaded without any issue.
