Cannot download Arizona state forms

Just filed my federal returns earlier today and they were accepted; no matter what I try, I CANNOT download my state forms.  I am BEYOND frustrated as I've had issues with Turbo tax the last few years and I will find another method next year.  This is ridiculous.  Anybody find a solution?  Thanks.

Please see this link for additional steps you can take to resolve the issue you are having downloading your state return.  There are several steps and options you can follow.

This application did work.  After following instructions, I initially deleted just Arizona and it did not work but after deleting "all states", that did the trick.  Thank you for your assistance; much appreciated.
