I love using turbo tax but my computer does not have a cd drive. Also, I file a simple return and wish to cancel since my return is so simple. Thank you for your help.

@shirlhar  Have you used the CD program before?  You can download it instead.  In fact it's better to download it.  Are you on the Advantage auto renew plan?  

Use the download method instead of the CD.  It has more advantages over CD.  Then you can also download it another computer.

There should be a card in the CD case on on the CD envelope that says how to download it and you will need the 14 or 16 digit code from it to enter.

Do you want to cancel the Advantage auto renew plan?

You can sign into your Turbo Tax Advantage account and under Your Product, select to Remove Product.  Once you remove the recurring product order, the Turbo Tax Advantage subscription will be cancelled as well.
