We do not know why your tax return was rejected.  You received an email from TurboTax for the rejected tax return.  It will have a rejection code and message.  What does it say?

States that I may have duplicate Form 1099-R and I have checked and rechecked 3 times and they are accurate. I can get out of the cycle.

REJ001  Stated that I may have submitted duplicate 1099-R .

I have checked 3 times and find no duplicates and yet they still keep rejected. Frustrated to know what I need to do.

You might need to add one dollar to one of the 1099-R's so it doesn't see them as duplicates.
