Can you skip the Additional ID Verification for an elderly parent?

Our mom is 101 years old and no longer has a valid drivers license. Can the Additional ID Verification be skipped for her. We're using TurboTax e-file for her this year because her accountant filed snail-mail last year and it was lost for months !

It's not required to enter a driver's license except for a few states. On the screen that asks for a driver's license or state ID, if there is an option under Type of ID that says "Do not have either a license or state ID choose that option. If that's not available, make no entries and select continue.
