Can you send a replacement CD?

My CD appears to have been scratched in the envelop when it arrived. I need a replacement.

    You will need to contact TurboTax support and they will replace CD or you can get an installation file pushed to your download account.

    To contact TurboTax customer service/support use their contact website during business hours. 

    Submit your question/problem during business hours and then use the option for Call (a phone number will be provided for Call) to speak directly with a TurboTax agent -

    Note:  The Call option will not be available when TurboTax Support is closed.

    I did not receive a CD.  There is no scratched CD to return.  No CD ever arrived at this location.

    Since I paid for one I think I should have one.

    Please send a CD.
