I have just finished filing my 2015 tax return and treid to print so I could mail it, but it wouldn't work. so I logged out and logged in again to try again and now its asking for $50.00 to get a copy? I don't even have the original copy
If it was Accepted, post back, you will need to fix it.
The TurboTax online editions are only for tax year 2016.
To complete and file a tax year 2015 tax return you will need to purchase and download one of the 2015 desktop editions from this website - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/
A 2015 tax return can only be printed and mailed, it cannot be e-filed.

You have to sign onto your 2015 online account using the exact same user ID you used to create the account.
Close all TurboTax windows on your web browser (including this one). Copy and paste the account recovery website link onto a new web browser window and run the tool.
Use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of all the user ID's for an email address. Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery
If none of the user ID's received will access your 2015 account, then use the option shown in blue on the account recovery website, "Try something else"
