Can users of Turbotax desktop version upgrade to get Live help?

I have turbo tax desktop and I can't find how to upgrade to receive support from a tax expert. Is it possible for desktop version users to get live support or is this service only applicable to turbotax online?

Sorry, Live support is only available for the TurboTax online editions.

Unacceptable to be told this... no matter what version of platform you should be able to access live help.

No, there is no way for a user of the TurboTax desktop editions to access the Live Tax Experts on the online editions.

You can still access TurboTax support agents for assistance using the desktop editions.
