Can't send e-file

Hi I keep getting the Failed Validation Error message, where my turbotax isn't up to date. I currently have the 2022 edition of Turbotax and I'm in CA where the deadline has been extended due to it being designated a disaster area. I've done the following troubleshooting.

1) Check for updates: Successfully up to date

2) Manual update with the super patch

Both have not resolved the issue. Any more suggestions?

I am getting the same error now. Tried everything I could find in this community posts but it did not work even after I removed all states returns. Called TurboTax customer support and they do not work in the weekends. The tax is due Monday. Is print and mail the only option now? Will I be able to get refund for the e-filing fees I paid? Very frustrating!
