I am having problems printing a copy of the tax return for my records, Getting the following message from the TurboTax Home and Business 2019 program running on Windows 10:
"Hmmm, the PDF Preview didn't work. We're not sure why. We recommend you save the PDF on your computer by selecting save as PDF. You can always open it and view it later."
I have attempted to then save the pdf copy to the computer and it appears as if it is saving it but when I look in the computer the pdf copy does not appear in the computer. Its as if it was not saved.
I can't print a copy of the Federal and state returns nor save a copy to the computer either!
Any solution to this?

I don't know if it will make any difference, but it's something to try.
My copy of Premier that I purchased yesterday at Sam's club will not allow me to save as a pdf or to print. I am on a Mac OS 10.15.7. I have used Turbo tax every year for the past 20+ years and never had this problem. The program freezes with the spinning ball and I have to force quit the application to get control of my computer back. I have repeated the process 4 o 5 times with the same results.
Tahnk you but I think you are on Windows not Mac

If you're still having the issue after updating your software, I've asked one of the Mac users in this forum if they can help you.
@macuser_22 Are you please able to assist this user when you are next in the forum? Thanks!
Problems solved. I did an OS update, restarted the computer, launched TurboTax and everything worked. Thank you all for your help.
