Can't print forms that need to be mailed in

After completing the e-file I received a message that some forms need be mailed in complete filing my taxes.  I click on the print button and a pop-up window opens but says Turbo tax is having printing problems, try again later.  I kept trying for an hour and gave up and clicked on Continue at the bottom.  Now I have no idea what forms I needed to print to mail out.  Please help!  I have no messages from Turbo tax to indicate what forms needs to mailed in the next 3 days.  Where can I find this info?

I had this EXACT same error message today, and the Turbo Tax help person that called me back 4 hours later acted like I was crazy. I e-filed, so in my mind, I didn't think I would need to print+ submit my returns anywhere else.

Also, that "print error" page never reappears again once you actually file!!  I was able to get back into my returns by clicking "add state" from the Tax Home page...it reopens your entire return again, but you can never get back to that specific page and issue.

Either way, I went through the PDF full tax report, and it specifically says "DO NOT MAIL" for one of my states, but the federal and other state do not have a line like that in the "Filing Instructions." The federal and state form also don't indicate where I would actually send any physical/print documents, so I think I am ignoring this for now, but it has been incredibly stressful for the last several hours. 

Any help is welcome or an update on this weird glitch with your system for issues printing right at the end. It feels like we deserve a refund for this level of stress.

I feel you!  It was so stressful!  My recommendation is to look through your return line by line and see if there are any instructions to submit a form, it will say what form needs to be sent in.  The rep that helped me went through it with me line by line and we couldn't figure out what form I needed to mail in so I am also ignoring this message.  Both fed and state returns were accepted and I haven't received any messages that I need additional forms to be sent.  I'm going to think long and hard next year about using turbo tax again, I can tell you!  Hope this helps!

I had a same problem.

after printing blank forms I entered the numbers which program generated into the forms.

I know it takes time, but at least is not frustrating
