Ok I guess I can't add the Fidelity phone number using digits so here:

eight hundred - eight three five - five zero nine seven

If that doesn't work the website has a 'Need Help?' at the top right corner above the username box and it can reset your username and password. I'm not sure what your login issue is but I hope that helps you.
