Can't import webull financial trades / tax forms into turbo tax deluxe desktop

when I try to import my "webull financial" documents into turbo tax, i get an error saying the import service for webull financial is currently unavailable. Please try again wednesday april 30th 2025" that is after the tax deadline

do i need to use apex clearing as the name of the bank to import tax docs from? or webull ominus? what is the deal here? i've been trying for the last 2 weeks with no success
