I cannot get turbo tax to connect with Fidelity Investments to transfer stock trade information from the 1099B into Turbo Tax. I get a message saying there is no account at Fidelity.
You'll need to sign in or create an account to connect with an expert.
Have you tried downloading more than once? I'm wondering if you had put in a wrong user's name and/or password. If you had keyed everything in correctly, I'd give Fidelity a call and talk to one of their traders.
I manually entered my correct login info numerous times. I called fidelity and we went over their end…nothing wrong there. I exited the to program and restarted. Still won’t link up. Thank you for the advice, but I’m still stuck. I called to and asked for a call back and got…….nothing. Will try them again and stay on hold.
