I have done the following multiple times, in multiple browsers (Chrome, Firefox, etc.):
- Clicked through the link on the Fidelity page to TurboTax. Didn't work. Still seeing $89 for Federal and $59 for State under the "My Fees" tab in the Tax Tools section
- Cleared all my cookies, and deleted all my browsing history for "All Time." Then went back to the Fidelity page and clicked through to TurboTax. Didn't work. Once again, still seeing $89 for Federal and $59 for State under the "My Fess" tab in the Tax Tools section.
How do I get the the Premier version for free as promised on the Fidelity site? I've read multiple post about this and followed the steps (above) but it still won't work for me.

I always buy a CD. Have found downloads to be somewhat unreliable on my equipment. As for the free version of TurboTax, perhaps the reference is to the On-line free version. I have never used but believe it is through a web page. Would not work for me as my tax situation is more complicated.
I've gone through the same process and am having the same problem with this offer.
I talked to Fidelity and they directed me to Intuit Support.
Please see our Help Article on how to obtain your TurboTax discount from a third party/affiliate.
I followed all these instructions several times, and in several different browsers, and it doesn't work. I'm still being charged %89 for Federal and $59 for state.
