Can't get past prompt to access keychain when attempting to import Form 1099 Composite & Year-End Summary

I'm trying to import my Form 1099 Composite & Year-End Summary from the Schwab website. Rather than having me enter my Schwab username and password, I'm getting a pop-up asking me to authorize access to keychain and asking for a keychain password. Two problems: 1) I stopped using keychain years ago; and 2) macOS Sequoia ditched keychain in favor of Apple's own Passwords app which I also do not use.

How can I get past this and successfully import data from a bank or other financial institution?
