Can't get past "Hmm, looks like we hit a slight snag in this section."

I have already tried clearing cache, tried multiple browsers, tried multiple computers.  Finished amending a 2019 return then get this over and over again and never allows me to print or anything.  supposed to have the Deluze version (online).  Calling I never get past the recorded messages, they wont help me.

Also, make sure you are completing the information fully to receive a phone number to call for your specific issue. You will also receive a support ID to use when you call once you complete filing out the online form.
