Can't get into old turbo tax account to find aig when reset password it reset new turbo tax account

Click "Forgot user ID" at the bottom of the sign on screen.

It provides multiple options to recover your old User ID.

Once you sign in to your other account, choose Tax Timeline. Click to expand last year's section, you can click and get your AGI without downloading your return.
