What type of error message are you getting and which version of TurboTax are you using? Desktop, Online or Downloaded?

it saids my state is not finished

Did you complete it? If not, you can login and complete it, please see the instructions below:

Login to your TurboTax account
Scroll to both of page and click Add a State. This will put you on the State section.
Click Continue and then continue on until the State portion of your tax return it is completed.
