If you are unable to e-file then your return will have to be filed by mail. When you say you cannot "finish" e-filing----what sort of error or message are you getting?

Same issue. Urgent email stating ability to eFile until 9PM EST but when completed it says no longer taking completed returns online.
You will have to contact TurboTax support for assistance with this problem.
