Can't efile OK state Corp tax, stuck in do loop

At the last step in e-filing, filed Fed return, but when transmit is hit for the state return, it says we need to get more info, but just continues in a loop, and never files.  One of the items it states should be corrected are credits investment amounts being at least $50,000 for years PRIOR to the business existing!  OK Requires corp tax to be efiled.
